LokRent is a platform that connects women who want to rent traditional clothing with women who want to lend their traditional outfits. We facilitate connections only and do not handle payments, delivery, or deposits.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LokRent

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may maintain only one active account

3. User Responsibilities

For All Users:

• Provide accurate profile information and keep it updated
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users
• Report inappropriate behavior or suspicious activity
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose

For Givers (Lenders):

• Post accurate photos and descriptions of clothing items
• Ensure items are clean and in the condition described
• Respond promptly to rental requests
• Honor confirmed availability commitments

For Askers (Renters):

• Treat borrowed items with care and respect
• Return items in the same condition as received
• Communicate any issues or damages immediately
• Honor rental agreements and timeframes

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the platform for commercial purposes beyond personal clothing rental
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share contact information publicly in listings or profiles
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's connection system
• Post items that are damaged, dirty, or not as described
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform

6. Content and Listings

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant LokRent a license to display it
• All listings are subject to admin approval before going live
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights

7. Safety and Verification

• We implement basic user verification through phone numbers and email
• Users are encouraged to meet in public places for item exchanges
• Report any safety concerns or suspicious behavior immediately
• We are not responsible for offline interactions between users

8. Limitation of Liability

LokRent provides the platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between users regarding rental agreements
• Damage to or loss of clothing items
• Personal injury or property damage during user interactions
• Financial losses related to rental arrangements
• Inaccurate listings or user information

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
